Acacia EAP operate 24 hours a day and have a qualified team available via a range of avenues to assist you in times of need. The program is a completely confidential counselling and support service to help you deal with personal or work-related problems in a positive way. This short-term counselling support service enables you to access up to 3 hours of counselling per employee per year. To reiterate, this is a completely confidential service and the CBF will never know exactly who is using the service in line with the Privacy Act (1998) which protects the EAP provider from giving us this information. The only time we may know who has utilised the service is, if you tell us directly, or you provide the EAP provider written consent to disclose this information.
You can access the confidential counselling services 24 hours a day online or via phone. We also have a dedicated CBF online portal with access to additional resources and assessment tools.
To confidentially access your EAP, refer to the Induction files provided in your welcome email that you received on appointment.
If you have any queries about our EAP, please contact Georgie Boucher, CBF Volunteer Manager.
