Our review of the 2016 restructure is now well underway.

Independent consultants Tony Grybowski & Associates and Think Insight & Advice, who we appointed in early March to carry out the review, have been conducting a series of interviews and discussions with stations and sector organisations, and members of the CBF team.

Ideas from these consultation sessions will be incorporated into surveys and sent to a sample of CBF assessors and grant applicants to provide even wider feedback.

Once this phase of the review is complete, the consultants will collate all the information drawn from the interviews, surveys and broader desktop research. Ideas will then be tested in a validation workshop that will once again include participants from across the sector.

The insights and outcomes from this workshop will inform the final recommendations and report presented to the CBF Board in September 2022.
