Rachel Rees
Executive Officer
Rachel supports our CEO in the strategic direction and operational management of the CBF and oversees the Grants Support Team.
She has extensive experience working in the media sector – covering film, television and theatre – both here and in the UK. She has also held senior strategic roles in the not-for-profit, media and corporate sectors.
She was a member of the JOY 94.9 Board and and currently sits on the Committee of Management for the Wilderness Society of Australia (Victoria).
Rachel started her career volunteering in community television in the tower blocks of Redfern. She feels lucky to be able to support community broadcasters around Australia connect with, entertain and inform their diverse local communities.
