Dane Waters has been working in the community media sector for over 16 years supporting community radio stations in rural and remote Western Australia and around the world in Indonesia and the Philippines. Dane is the CEO of Health Communication Resources Inc. a health promotion charity that supports communities to use the power of community media to build healthier communities. He has worked in all areas of community media from training, product development, broadcast and governance.
For the past 10 years Dane has been based in regional and remote Western Australia supporting First Nations media and other remote community radio stations. Dane is keen to help build a strong community media sector in Australia.

Bachelor of Health Science (Major Health Promotion), Bachelor of Health Science (Honours), Graduate Certificate in Business, Graduate Certificate in International Health
