Esther Pearce

Vice President

Esther is of Aboriginal descent, from the Central Arrernte and Wombye countries. She has been an advocate for equality for all Australians for over 20 years through her work in community development.

This includes her 12-year career working for the Northern Territory Government. She has also lived and worked in remote and urban areas of the Northern Territory giving her unique insights into the needs of local communities.

Now based in regional Queensland, Esther has held directorships on several community not-for-profit organisations since 2012.

Esther joined the Board in 2016.

Qualifications

Esther holds qualifications in business, accounting and technology, and is currently studying Marketing – her mantra is ‘lifelong learning for all’.
