Christine is an academic at the Federation University in regional Victoria. She has over a decade of broadcasting experience at Gippsland FM104.7 where she was a presenter and reader for Vision Australia Radio, and an ethnic broadcaster. She has also served on the station’s Board Programming Advisory Committee and the National Ethnic Multicultural Broadcasters’ Council Women’s Committee.

She is the Chairperson of the Gippsland Ethnic Communities Council and has received awards from the Victorian Multicultural Commission the Victorian Regional Achievement and Community Awards for her community work.
