Cases for Support

The Community Broadcasting Foundation is looking to partner with philanthropists, charitable trusts and foundations to help us fund a suite of sector-wide projects that build capacity and strengthen the potential of Australia’s largest independent media sector.

Our cases for support expand on our existing grants-based funding model and align with the key objectives of our mission: to support independent, community-owned and operated media to tell vital local stories, connect people around the country and strengthen Australian society through greater participation, engagement, inclusion and cohesion.

The projects below are the first in a series being developed by the Foundation. If you have an idea that you’d like to see developed as a sector-wide project and funding partnership please get in touch with Tracee Hutchison, our Partnerships and Projects Manager.
