We’ve recently purchased a DocuSign subscription to help community media organisations sign their grant agreements online.
DocuSign software allows people to electronically sign and send documents securely from almost any device.
This is particularly useful now as the postage delays and COVID-19 lock-down laws have made it tricky to quickly get things signed in person.
If you’d like to sign your CBF agreements online, please get in touch with the Grants Support Team member who looks after your state or territory. They can step you through the process and answer any questions you have about how the software works.
- ACT and NSW: Liz Landray on 0383415944 or liz@cbf.com.au
- QLD, SA, NT and WA: Dean Linguey on 0383415988 or dean@cbf.com.au
- VIC, TAS and CTV: Jon King on 0383415966 or jon@cbf.com.au
You may also be able to use our subscription to sign other grant agreements or documents that need signatures at no cost.
Electronic signatures are becoming increasingly common for a whole range of legal documents. Read the following documents if you’re concerned about the legalities and safety of electronic signatures,:
