Application Feedback Survey Results 2018

We’re committed to best practice to support better outcomes for community media. We embrace a culture of continuous improvement, always evaluating our purpose and processes, responding to stakeholder needs and feedback, and striving for the most effective and efficient ways of working. Here are the results of our 2018 feedback survey which will help shape our year ahead. Section 1: Here to help - Our Grants Administrators were the most valued resource in the application process (with icon of a woman smiling). Section 4: Questions - 71% suggested we asked the right amount of info, higher than a SmartyGrants average of 60% (icon three question marks).
